Agree with Lee, never start off cheap (less than $100.00 for a full loan). It makes you and us look bad. It is a hard market for new people as the seasoned, experience closers are slow, and they would chose the "tried and true" over you. Sad to say, really check the ones who do call you because more than likely are the ones that the experienced closers don't work for that never pay, or lowball, and call the newbies because they think they will take anything and have the mindset, "I am different" and "they will pay me" mentality...then you get to learn the experience of bill collecting and chasing payments.
