witnesses on purchases on the mortgage. I suppose their thinking is that this is being conveyed to the buyer on a first time basis and they would rather have the insurance, so to speak. Lenders are becoming much more cautious these days.
I would check with the TC and/or lender on this one, just to be on the safe side. I know Sunshine and Now both required witnesses on purchases with mortgage. |
