Executive Signing Services, Ty Kempton

I took assignments from him on Dec. 9th and 10th and have not received payment from him yet. I emailed twice and did not receive a response. Does anyone know what's going on with them ? I see two recent bad reviews on SC as well. Many Thanks for any info.
