Are you sure they're talking about your Notary Journal? Could they possibly be talking about the notarial certificate used for a specific document (i.e. DOT)? Or, maybe they misstated and actually mean faxbacks/scanbacks?
If they are talking about your journal, then I agree with Janet and Marian. They need to send me a specific request per our Notary Handbook.
