Attorney moralizing trust documents
Posted by Jules of CA on 4/19/15 10:02am Msg #529308
As long as the attorney is not named in the document it is ok for attorney to notarized. However, in my experience attorneys are some of the worst at moralizing correctly or according to Secretary of Stat guidelines. I knew an attorney who had stamped and signed all his acknowledgements in advance because it was easier. He would fill in their names later. He never put people under oath for a jurat either or keep a journal as required either.
