I feel your pain regarding waiting for docs. I had a signing scheduled for 10 AM, 05/19/15 that was moved to 10 AM, 05/20/15 because the lender was not confident they would be able to produce the docs in time to meet that schedule. They made this decision early afternoon on 05/18/15, so that gave them more than 24 hours to get the package together and sent to me so I could meet with the buyers at 10 AM 05/20/15.
When I had not received the docs by the end of the day 05/19/15, I suspected that this signing would need to be rescheduled again. I received the docs @ 12:45 PM 05/20/15 and the earliest time both the buyers and I were available was 7 PM. I got it signed and it will ship out today for delivery to the TC Friday, which is the scheduled closing date for the purchase.
It is frustrating when the lender does not meet their own deadline, affecting everyone else's schedule. On top of all that, I passed up another purchase signing for 10 AM, 05/20/15 due to this signing already being on my schedule for that time period. |
