I do vehicle transactions on rigs like this for the wine tour industry. How does Detroit title, the entire state having been on their asses with the motor mfg business tanking, charging people enough to pay for this capital expenditure!
I think this is shameful. This month in National Geographic there is an article about how Detroit is making a comeback, but they have a long way to go.
