recently for calling closer from the table with borrower questions on the HUD!
they saw the light and acknowledged that I should call them with borrower questions. crazy!

I am lucky that I have a ups store nearby but why would I make a special trip if I have closing in the afternoon and can still make the pickup times? ludicrous.
