This is a tiny start in the right direction for you to begin to build credibility with us. Unfortunately, by starting your email to us with a statement that could be interpreted as misleading and is, on it's face, inaccurate, you have some making up to do.
There has been a great deal of discussion on this forum about the issue you're trying to address, so most of us here aren't completely ignorant about what's coming. For all I know, your product may indeed be something useful for us. But we don't need propaganda or marketing spin, we need answers to these questions:
a) Why should we trust you, your company and your service? b) Is your service worth the cost?
