Steve, you pose a good question. What I'm going to address is your new situation dealing with Chase LO's. I'm fortunate to be requested by several Chase Loan Officers. The way that I handle this is that I accept all orders from the Title Companies they use except FASS. Gratefully, the Loan Officers understand why. (I'm not the first person who's expressed this to them!) Even when they meet my fees, FASS is just too much work for me to accept. I might sound like a "Princess Notary" but time is money.
