Glad you figured it out.  Also, I try to discourage people from jumping to conclusions based on generalities. Tustin is actually a very nice community - and so is the city where I live, even though there are a bunch of low-life signing services here, too. (I think some of that may be because my city doesn't require a business license and doesn't have a city tax... Also, there's lots of commercial property that's probably a bit more affordable here than in some of the neighboring communities, like Irvine, for example.) |
