advertise for 24 hrs.--I list "generally" available 9 am-9 pm, 7 days a week--BY APPT. ONLY.
Back in the day during the mortgage bubble they were having loans signed up until midnight. I did one like that & then vowed never to do that again, and I haven't. I'm too old at this point to be a "midnight rider". LOL
