Yeah, I've seen a similarly outfitted woman in my area also ... hmmmm ... wonder if it's the same girl .....
Then again, let's give her the benefit of a doubt. Maybe it was a last minute deal. She called to confirm, signer wants to sign ASAP, she says she was cleaning out the garage and give her a minute to shower and change; borrower says he doesn't care what she looks like ... let's just get it done. So, she rushed out such as she was.  Nice story, huh. The catch in it is, she could've freshened up and changed while docs were printing - unless she picked up docs at Title. |
