I completed a closing today for a Maryland company that contacted me off this site. The documents were sent overnight to me, and included my check for payment. I had calculated my fee, but was offered more, and received that amount. Even though I had indicated no fax/scan backs, they needed the critical docs. Since they offered more than what I had asked, no problem.
I completed the signing, dropped the documents at Fed-X and will make my deposit tomorrow. I'm so glad there are still companies that appreciate the work we do.
I've added the company to SC. They do most of their work in Maryland. |
