I once did a Reverse Mortgage signing for a woman who was 94 years old. She needed the Reverse Mortgage so she would get money for the care-giver she had to have 24/7. She owned the house but had no other assets and only Social Security for income. She knew what she was signing but I had to remind her of the date for every page in the package that needed a date. She needed the RM to continue to live in her home.
