Advice On first time dmv notarizing

So I've been going to school since getting my notary commissioning -- haven't done one signing at all!

Now baby sitter asks if I can notarize her DMV doc ...

I can see it's pretty basic identify thing but I don't want to make a mistake ; any advice would be nice. I'd hate to mess this up for her.
