Search here for the post by Marian - or search your own statutes for the regulation - the one that addresses a company/person/entity asking the notary to perform an illegal act. Send that to the lender and I'd report lender and EO to the Banking Commission, the Insurance Commission, the SOS and the AG for my state. |
