I did a signing 7/24/16, it is now 10/26/16, no payment received, they do not answer the phone or reply to e-mail or faxes. A check of the California Secretary of State/Notary section reveals that California Professional Signature Service, Business Status is: FTB Suspended. Owner listed as Michelle Gibbs, 6093 E Lowe Ave. Fresno, CA. 93727.
