So I ordered my case of paper on Oct 4th, end of Oct they said they mailed my prepaid $41.00 card. Never showed up in the mail. A week after I got the email, I called, they told me to wait 30 days...so today, Dec 1, called again. Now they will send a replacement card on Dec 15th....I am hoping for the best, but guess what? If this gets lost I have to wait until the end of Jan? Why do I have to wait another 2 weeks?? Never again will I do this. I went this route once in the past, no problems. Bad customer service waiting so long, they should take care of it immediately imo. I will keep you posted "when and if" it arrives. |
