Yes, cleared cache multiple times. Logged out and back in

multiple times. Closed browser window and opened a new one - no change. Closed all browser windows and opened new ones - no change. Performed cold boot - status quo unchanged.

The only thing changing is that intermittently able to view the listing of notaries/CNSAs when doing a search on the Find A Notary tab as well as viewing the full profiles of all, but then it will revert to a nonfunctional status with the error message.

NOTE: This fluctuation in status indicates that diagnostics are being performed and attempts are being made to isolate the aberrant condition are present. Smile
