After closing about a dozen or so for a guy in Lake Forrest who refused to pay my fees, I did a search for him on the dial up Internet and found signingagent.com along with a litany of complaints against that sleazeball. My how the landscape has changed. But back to the $60 fee. Some people would pay $60 to get out of the house and away from the kids for several hours at night. The fact that it's a wash makes it all the more attractive. |
