outsourced the update to their database to Knowledge Splice. Some were getting calls from a NY phone no., etc.
WFG has undergone some recent changes in personnel, and apparently someone decided this was the way to manage the database. It is surprising, because WFG has that encrypted system that was so hard to navigate as it was.
