SC shows one in NV and one in OH. Which one are you referring to? They both have 2-1/2 star rating.

Either way, $5 payment instead of $115 is quite a difference and unacceptable. Out of curiosity, did the confirmation say anything about dinging your fee X amount for each/any errors?
