Hello everyone thanks for your response. I can tell you exactly what happen when I made it third phone call this morning to Sue. I ask her what happened when I called on Friday and was promised that my premier membership would be upgraded. She said that it's not her fault, and that she does not have the capability to do this and that she's given the request to Tracy. I ask her about Harry the owner she said he's not available. I again told her how disappointed I was with the professionalism from this site and that it could affect a lot of people and I would be posting about it she had nothing to say. Honestly at this point I don't really think anyone cares if I go or if I stay and what my opinion is about the site . I think I got the answer I needed I'll ask for a refund and stay a basic member . |
