| I very recently had my first 1003 application where the husband had his own and the wife had her own. It was quite confusing at first. Based on my years of experience as a mortgage broker and as an underwriter, the only time they are to have their own is if they are not married. And if the packages weren't already big enough . . . we've just added another nine pages to the pile. |
