During the boom years, I had one gentleman who strung 2 lenders along and I wound up with 2 loans (different lenders/TC) scheduled for the same time with this guy. He then got on the phone back & forthing with both LOs...and they both hung in there selling their little hearts out. I got full fee for both due to the table time with this guy. A year later, it was deja vu as he did it again.
