I have been doing this since 2005 and have never been screamed at by anyone in this biz like the gal at Inspire this morning.
There was a problem with the website last nite, I tried upload fax backs and evidently, the 2nd half went through twice. I tried calling this morning, there was a problem with the phones. A young man finally called me back and said their phones are internet and with this being the last day,etc. Anyway, I asked him to transfer me to critical docs so I could get an ok to drop....gal there is the one who told me she didn't get the first half. No problem, I uploaded it again and in the meantime some other gal calls screaming like a fishwife that she didn't get the cd, the note, the mortgage, etc. I kept trying to get her to listen to me and finally had to scream STOP at her to get her to shut up. I explained and told her to look at the new upload and she's fumbling around and finally said oh, yeah, oh yeah. I hung up on her.
I was insulted and very angry that she wouldn't listen until I myself had to scream. I rec'd a call from a gentleman asking if I could drop the docs today. Then I got an email asking very nicely if I could drop the docs.
If this is the way they do business, I don't know if I want to take another signing from them. |
