| After their last go round I stopped doing signings for them, about 10-12 per month. Their shenanigans are to much of a liability.... when it's court time with a mortgage everyone goes... why take a chance. Old timers will remember the NO 3 Day notice, Dotted i, date with mixed dash and slash, etc... |
