My tidbits for the future... *Make sure your packages are signed consistently and dated properly and clearly for post closing * A gazillion things can change right up until a closing, so be patent...the title co or SS doesn't like late docs anymore than we do. One change in a number can affect everything, and manually prorations have to be done and then get back for approval. It's the lender 99% of the time changing something * get prepared for e-closings, we are going to have to move into a paperless world sooner than later. If we are lucky, that burden will be placed on the title company to supply equipment more than us.
