| Yep, I heard back in the beginning of the year, rates were going to raise 4-5 times throughout this year. I have noticed on my CC it jumped. Economy is strong, and that's what happens. LO's will be pushing stronger to get their loans through. Almost all my loans I have done have had points bought down however, and it's a seller's market, and am busier this year than the past few years. I think as long as the economy remains strong, lots of jobs, it will not have much an impact in purchasing...maybe refi's. See what happens. |
