NotaryProject aka Skye Closings

Just curious if anyone is familiar with the above?
They emailed me to register with them. Said they were a new platform out of S.F.. In reading over the agreement they refer to Skye Closings in the agreement.
Didnt Skye Closings have a bad reputation?
Thanks for any headsup. I as well as most of you have no time for no pay, slow pay etc.
