I am personally friends of two TPL folks who earn much more

than $150 per signing, and one, at last count earned more than six figures without taking the loan signing system baite. One moved to Florida a few years ago and also does very well there, earning what a would say puts most CA NSAs to shame.

I think it is regional myself.
