| I contacted Crystal, the owner about an assignment I accepted. However, after reading the special instructions I told her I would not do a few of the items in the instructions while at the signing table. I said I would be happy to text or email the requested items once back at my office. She was not pleased and stated that I must do this at the signing table because it was a VA app and it was federal law that the items were text back while at the signing table. I have performed over 100 VA Apps and final loans and never had this requirement. We ended the conversation with me rejecting the assignment. I will not accept another assignment from Notary Nation Inc. |
