| This can pay very well but you need to do other things also to make a living. Many companies do not pay or take 90 plus days to pay. I have one Mortgage company that I work with locally that pays me in 2 days, as soon as I email the invoice. I get paid even before they get paid. Others take advantage of you and you have to chase them down. I do title searches and private closings. I market myself to Mortgage/Title, Realtor Attornies along with being on all the Free notary databases. |
