| They plan on lowering their fees to match the recently lowered fees of SL and NL, the already too low fees of ND, etc. Not to mention that every other SS is claiming they have to reduce their fees becasue they only make $XX. No, I don't think they want your client list, I think they think they are paying too much for our services compared to what other Nationwide Title Companies are paying. JMO |
