No handholding, no faxbacks, pays in 30 days - we have an agreed fee because the LO requests me, but trust me it's not a lowball fee - it's just lower than my normal RM fee for a variety of reasons.
I did do a cash purchase for her a few weeks ago and agreed to a lower fee of $85 - was a little out of my service area and lower than my cash purchase fee but I did it for her because I've worked with her and like her. Deal was at buyer's office so he had fax capability - so he did the faxing while I watched then confirmed receipt with title.
