making the money...all the notary is doing is volunteering their time and expenses. Good luck you poor fools that think you'll ever make a viable business accepting those fees.

What's even sadder is people think they're just getting experience. What is happening, in reality, is that it is setting a precedent for the fees to stay low. So what's that mean? The only way to go is lower, not higher. They're not going to pay you more when you have experience folks. By the time you get experience, the fees will have been permanently damaged. It's what's happening now!
