I received two email blasts from two different signing services, both were for the same location at the same time. One offered $70, the other offered $90 with fax backs. I did not take either offer.
30 minutes before the time on the two emails I received, I get a call from a title company offering $125,same location, same time.
I countered with $150 and they did hesitate in giving it to me, allowing me to coordinate a convenient time that worked for both me and the borrower. |
