Could someone send me a copy of the Chase Notarial Evidence form to Jadethegladiator@aol.com? I had a closing earlier today at Chase, did a 42 page fax back to TS, got the ok, dropped the package at UPS then I get home to find an "oops" email for me stating that I didn't fill in the "time of notarization". Are you kidding me?
I would sincerely appreciate this & would be more than happy to help anyone out in the future.
