have been occasions where it had to be rescheduled and one that actually placed the BOs outside of the interest rate lock window and there was a large fee that the lender wanted to place on the BOs. They were alert and rejected that 'proposition' as the error was not of their volition.

So, short answer is: Could be short (or long); inexpensive (or not) contingent upon the reason for the redraw. Big Smile
