Starting next year a new "Closing Information Form" will begin to be phased in. It will combine and replace the HUD-1 Settlement Statement and the TIL. There will be more on this later.
For the old timers here I have been at this 14 years now and have seen a lot of things happen. I rarely visit this forum because I have little time for bashing and thrashing which seems predictable here, at least it has been that way in the past.
