was requiring this but the name escapes me. - you sign up with them and, for their assignments, you were required to keep a journal (regardless of whether or not your state required it) and they were entitled to see it any time. Also, if you search here, there are posts that N3 Notary was requiring copies of journal entries for their closings (this was several years ago).
