The only bank I know of in CA that has notaries is Chase....and they only notarize bank business only (specific transaction) for customers only. I'm called to notarize at both B of A and Wells Fargo. Not sure if Union Bank has a notary on staff. I asked the Chase notary if she moonlights as a notary and she said Nope, not interested.
