| Ask them how it's not a RESPA violation to say X was paid for notary services on the HUD-1, but the notary doesn't seen a dime of that (from these deadbeat companies). RESPA is supposed to tell consumers where the money all went and IMO it's very misleading when the actual notary doesn't get paid. |
