Well, if they'd hire Amanda Kirkish with her "credentials" and lack of real tangible job experience, they'd hire any one. Imagine it's a pressure cooker sweat shop with no benefits, and lots of overtime fielding all those collection calls from unpaid, unhappy notaries.
Looks like they hired a lot young folks who stayed a few years, but that seems to have changed with lots of people leaving lately. It costs money to have a constant turnover for training people who leave quickly and having to constantly be recruiting more talent.
