I remember they used to offer $90.00 lender docs,and $65.00 cash closings about 8 years ago or so...still below my regular level, but will admit I took a $10.00 cut and worked for them when nothing else was going on. They paid on time, so I bit the bullet back then. What a pity they turned into. I guess they are staying in business making twice as much off stupid notaries who think this is good.
Until the newbies figure out a business plan for themselves, quit thinking of low ballers as "paid training" I don't see this turning around, only getting worse.
Next thing these companies will offer "you pay us" and we'll give you experience and additional training and preference in our system....Send us your $10.00 and we'll give you a closing that will make you our #1 closer in training. Just before you drop, scan the package over for our review. Any Mistakes will be corrected by you, then send out when we approve. I really believe these $45.00 SA's would fall for it. That's all fictional now, but I see it coming down the road if things keep getting worse. jmo
