Well, we are "Notary Signing Agents"...Not necessarily "Specialists". We are not to interpret the documents, just explain in a blanket statement what they are. To specialize you need a title producers license or work as a LO to explain in detail each buyer's package specifically for them.
The word specialist means you "specialize" in a particular field and all knowing in that subject. Although we can briefly explain the meaning of each document, that's about as far as we legally can take it. To call us "specialists"and create new labels for ourselves is in my opinion a bit of a stretch. Universally we are known as NSA's, or CNSA's,when we are certified. jmo |
