| Specialist has no specific decided legal meaning in case law. I once had the title of Orientation Specialist at a local Aircraft company. It certainly did not imply or mean I knew everything about what went on there. My job was presenting orientation to new employees and contract trainees. The contract trainee part was a two week orientation that I presented along with a tour of most of the entire plant and offices. It was a bit fun but also a bit stressful. |
