I agree kamet, never do I do that. Too many variables.. I schedule no closer than 2.5 hours apart if local. Gives me an hour for the closing, and and 30 minutes driving home, 30 minutes printing and 30 minutes off and running again to leave, and that's cutting it close. I stress very easily when running late or buyers run late and I have a schedule to keep. Tons of traffic around here, that's another consideration. At 5:00 it doesn't work. lol
