Got a call from a TC on 9/2 for an edoc refi on 9/8. No faxbacks, about 120 pages (don't have docs yet), no special requests. I give him my quote and he says: "Sure, that's fine. We just pass it on to the borrowers."

Just wish more of these schedulers realized this! We are, after all, reasonable people giving reasonable quotes. Right, my fellow NSA's???
